The CES program is a multidimensional capacity-building program aimed at accelerating the education and adoption of clean energy solutions across the film industry. The unique format includes in-person training activations , on-set education and equipment access on production.
The pilot program was activated in St John’s, Newfoundland, on April 12th, with ongoing on-set placements throughout the 2024 production season.

By identifying gaps and working with community and industry partners, the CES aims to support the sustainable development of the entertainment sector through clean power management, renewables, and fuel mitigation strategies, equipment and tools.
